Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • All custom orders are final and may not be exchanged or returned.
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • *ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department on our Contact Page.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund your original payment method. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
